Journal of Human Resources and Social Protection is not responsible for any content of scientific articles published in the Journal, specifically:

  • The Journal is not responsible for any costs or damages of any party for the use or inability to use the content published in the Journal;
  • The Journal is not responsible for errors or copyright infringement, or other violations by the authors/author groups of scientific articles published in the Journal;

The content of articles published in Journal of Human Resources and Social Protection represents the views of the authors/author groups of the articles, not necessarily reflecting the views of the Editorial Board and Editorial Board of the Journal.

2. Copyright

- To be published, the Author must transfer all copyrights to the Journal, including the right to publish, reprint, transmit, sell and distribute all or part of the article in the Journal's printed or electronic publications.

- When copying, posting, transmitting, distributing or using the content of an article published in the Journal, the authors must cite the source from Journal of Human Resources and Social Protection, including: the title of the article, the names of the authors, the name of the journal, volume, issue, year... according to the scientific citation regulations.

3. Ethical responsibility of the author

- The author/group of authors is responsible for complying with research ethics and publishing scientific works. Fraudulent acts, regardless of the form, violate ethical behavior and are not accepted by Journal of Human Resources and Social Protection.

- When submitting articles to Journal of Human Resources and Social Protection, authors/author groups must commit that the manuscript submitted to the Journal is an original manuscript that has never been published before or is being reviewed elsewhere and does not overlap with published scientific research works, including works published by the authors themselves. If the article or a part of the article has the participation of another organization or group of scientists, the author/author group submitting the article must receive the consent of the relevant parties for all purposes of use.

- In the case of an article with 02 or more authors, the main author must receive the consent of all remaining authors to publish the article in Journal of Human Resources and Social Protection. The group of authors of the article must commit to agree to publish the article in the Journal and take full responsibility for the copyright of the content of the article.
